I am also a subject matter expert on organizational leadership, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal communication. My first book, Make Your Leadership Come Alive, became a Wall Street Journal best seller. In 2015, I co-wrote the hit book, Thoughts of a Motivational Speaker, which launched in the spring of 2016. I speak regularly in organizations of all sizes in the US and Europe.
I am currently the CEO of Thought Leaders Worldwide founded in 2012, with the mission to raise up liberating leaders who change their leadership cultures in every sector and city in the world.
